Landscape Painting in Southern France September 27 - October 11, 2008 You'll paint for several days in and around the picturesque village of Limoux, with its medieval bridge and churches, colorful narrow streets, and animated market days. On other days your hosts will take you to quiet villages in the region, not too far from Limoux. Each site offers a wide range of subjects, from medieval & Roman architecture to typical southern French landscapes: wildflowers, vineyards, forested hillsides, Mediterranean fishing villages, the Pyrenees mountains and much, much more. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Two Workshops in California* Painting the Marin Landscape contact me for more information ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ongoing Classes on Wednesdays Learn composition, the value of value, the beauty of contrast, and the importance of balance.
